You know, if anyone had proposed a law to keep a bedbug like this from getting his hands on a gun, the NRA would spend millions to stop it. In fact, the organized gun nuts of America have made it possible for this kook to get a concealed weapon permit.

What the hell does "cap n' tax" mean anyways? Are they saying you wouldn't be able to trade your carbon credits because it's a tax and you can't trade taxes or does it mean that you can trade your taxes and all these years I could have sold my tax return to some rich dude? I'm confused, it sounds catchy but it makes absolutely no sense.
