Central Cinema is the hottest spot in town to see a flick.
2

addendum to D. Schmader: the first link may include accidental spoilers.

the second link to the .jpg is a screenshot of the 3 shells.

I'd hate to ruin another movie for you!

Anyone else hungry for some Taco Bell®?
6
Oh- and I always figured the secret to the three seashells was that you use one to wipe, and the fourth person in the john is shit out of luck.
7
MMMMMM, it smells like biscuits and gravy down there.
8
if you haven't seen it, i am sorry... this is a great, even a classic 90s flic
9
Demolition Man is fucking awesome. If you haven't seen it, you had better.
10
Other movies that were in the running but weeded out for various reasons:
Tampopo, Bubble Boy, The Cutting Edge, Teen Witch, Labyrinth, Space Camp, Armageddon, D.A.R.Y.L., Short Circuit, and Cool Runnings.
11
Demolition Man is awesome. I remember its trashiness fondly.

My biggest objection to Demolition Man is that it isn't set far enough in the future. It seems like people have forgotten a LOT of stuff in a pretty short time.

Second biggest: how lousy everything else is.

Ratburgers, franchise wars and joy-joy feelings...just got back from the movie. First time at Central Cinema -- cool little place -- and I loved the film. Snipes was hilarious as an over-the-top smartass badass, Bullock was hot and funny and Stallone was...well...Stallone. Too bad Dennis Leary didn't have a bigger and better part.

Lenina Huxley: Let's go blow this guy.
John Spartan: Away! Blow this guy *away*!
Lenina Huxley: Whatever.

@10: Yeah, I just watched Cool Runnings recently and it just isn't quite the same as when you were 10. Ditto Short Circuit.

DD was definitely a solid choice.

Please wait...
