What are her views on freedom of privacy?
What are her views on open government laws?
If so, what does she think about tax money going to church's under "faith based " initiatives guise?

First of all, Matlock, the term is "strict constructionist." And second, what you're arging for here is not strict constructionism, but something like a seriously warped form of textualism, wherein laws written two centuries ago are interpreted based solely on the modern meanings of the words they happen to contain.
Generally speaking, if you think you have discovered a "gotcha" argument that cinches some enormous, long-running legal debate, it's probably just because you are entirely ignorant of the law, its history, and how it is applied.
