Among others.

Maybe this place will distinguish itself from the other completely different brewpubs in the neighborhood by NOT serving French Fries & burgers & bar snacks. Or something.

@7: New Belgium already has a partnership with Elysian. I believe that New Belgium brews beers on the Elysian equipment. I doubt they are opening a competing establishment.
