Apparently, Satan loves Christian Churchs for some of his nastiest handiwork.
2
Shit, they haven't even taken his profile off their staff page.

Now, now, let's be fair here. The guy's innocent until proven guilty.

Now excuse me while I barf up my breakfast.

Having a very lovely and tall 15 year-old daughter (and equally awesome 12 year-old son) who are active in community service through a youth ministry these stories give me a wicked stomach ache. We are always having to talk about this subject and that abusive people are found in all walks of life, that you can't assume that a pastor, youth pastor, teacher, etc. has your best interest at heart. This part of educating and letting go part of parenting is hard, harder than I ever thought.

Now that I've lost my ability to eat, I'm going to go take it out on the trails and work up a hell of a sweat. And, if that doesn't suffice then I'm going use my Les Paul to push it through, before I have to be in the classroom and look at all those beautiful 11 year-old faces and hope that no-one is abusing any of my students.

Come as you are but stay in the car, with your mace of course.

You know, Kim, I think your kids are safe—because you're open about the possibility, you talk about it, you've warned them to be on guard even with their co-religionists and people in positions of authority.

My parents did the same and all four of their Catholic kids survived Catholic schools, serving as altar boys, and, in my case, working in a rectory relatively unscathed and definitely unraped. (There were a couple of close calls, though, and I'll tell you about 'em sometime when we finally get together for that drink in person.)

Thanks, Dan. I know the odds are they will be fine. Still, I'm always going to worry. Especially after learning that a tennis coach at a local Catholic High School has been arrested for taking photos of female students on the team. And, I'm guessing that he wouldn't be wearing an orange jumpsuit and be making the news if those photos were taken during a match.

And, I just don't want my kids to be safe, I want all children everywhere to be safe.

Let me know next time your visiting my neck of the woods and I'll buy you that drink.

It is kind of funny how most of these guys actually do look like rapists
9
Wow, his facial features are way too close together. He almost looks photoshopped.
10
OK, he looks a little more youthful.

(background whispering heard) Ohhhhhhhh. I get it.

Until you have the whole story, you all better wait until you decide to judge this man. Pastor Jason was my youth pastor and a great one. He is a man of integrity and is a servant leader. These charges against him are absolutely rediculous and false. He has not been proven guilty and until then he is still viewed as innocent according to the law.

Concerning God, He has transformed Pastor Jason's life and mine too. I was one of those atheists that turned to Jesus Christ. God used Pastor Jason to bring me closer to Christ and I am eternally grateful for him, whether he did this or not. Even if he did do this, God loves him and you should too. God loves everyone the same and Jesus is the Judge. He will judge you. He will judge Pastor Jason. And Jesus will judge me, each of us according to how we responded to Him in this life. If we said Yes to Jesus and chose to live for God in this age, then we will be Jesus in the age to come. However, if we said No to Jesus and chose to live for ourselves in this age, the we will certainly not be with Jesus for all of eternity. The point is, you don't have all the information about this case. Therefore, you should stop judging him and jumping to conclusion. Furthermore, you will be judged and held accountable for your actions to God, just as much as we all will.

Have you ever thought there could be more to the story? Like, maybe this is a young girl who is upset about something and decided to ruin her youth pastors life. I am glad to see he is guilty until proven innocent look at the way the other youth pastors have acted in these other watches, they stabbed themselves after breaking there protective order to ask the girl to run away with him. This man has a wife and kids of his own, which he loves more then life itself. You are slandering a mans name when you should be praying for justice, whether he is guilty or not. Plus this blog shows a section from the children's ministry. Jason was the youth pastor for a youth group of ages 12-18. You people are fools! Grow up all of you.
