as most apartments are rented.

When an architect does a design in 5 phases, does he give each finished phase he completes that is paid for in each phase to the customer in pdf/autocad for use by customer/engineer? Or does the customer have to wait until all 5 phases are done before he can get any material on penn drive to start using? Thanks for your advice.
