What a lovely interview!

Healthier?

Um, no, those are obvious implants.
3
Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was Mort Sahl involved? Could you involve Mort Sahl? I really, really would appreciate a world that incorporated Mort Sahl's accessible input. It takes a committee.

a film that "portrays the flamboyant, outspoken founder of the Playboy empire and his many fierce battles with nearly all levels of the U.S. government, the religious right, and militant feminists"

Ah yes, militant feminists. Those women who demanded that women have the right to do what they want with their bodies when it comes to having an abortion but then turned around and went ballistic when women exercised their right to do what they wanted with their bodies when it came to taking their clothes off for Playboy.

"A woman reading Playboy feels a little like a Jew reading a Nazi manual." --
Gloria Steinem

"Hugh Hefner is my enemy"

"The problem with America is that there's too little sex, not too much. The more our instincts are repressed, the more we need sex, pornography and all that. The problem is that feminists have taken over with their attempts to inhibit sex. We have a serious testosterone problem in this country." -- Camille Paglia, 1995 Playboy interview

Yeah I'd also like to know why Hef is into the fake boobs.

Yeah I'd also like to know why Hef is into the fake boobs. They always look... fake. Not girl next door, etc.

"the problem is that feminists have taken over with their attempts to inhibit sex"

So why should I enjoy the company militant feminists?

Women might be taller these days but they were a lot healthier looking back in the day.

Good interview, great man. The continued repression of sex in America is responsible for so much bullshit. I like his comment about the Miss America pageant. Hypocrites.

I love that man.

nice work Kelly, your research for this interview shows in your questions.

Not to sound like a 'militant feminist' or whatever, but there is a significant difference between being a sex object and having a sex drive. The two can intermingle but they are distinct, and I think that's the point that the hippie feminists were tryin to make.

Kelly, do you know what the plan may be for this film to be distributed? So far it's just at festivals, but I'm wondering about being able to just go see it during a run. Ironically I am in Chicago, and it's nowhere to be seen. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
