Well, looking at the Wikipedia history for that page, it happened on April 20 at 7:46 PM, by a user called "Wikitanvir", apparently from Bangladesh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Wikita…
The woman in the t-shirt is Valerie D'Orazio, who was sexually harassed at DC comics while editing a comic book about Rape and then started a blog about sexual harassment in the comics industry.
Of all Dan's accomplishments and contributions to society as a whole, it is his picture on Wikipedia under T-shirt that would end up immortalizing him through the distant future... lol.
The way it happened is probably that somebody at Wikimedia Commons went to the t-shirt category and scrolled down until they found the first guy in a plain t-shirt. It was done on April 20 by someone from Dhaka, Bangladesh who doesn't seem to know whose pictures he was using.
You know you make it in life when, with Dan Savage personal style, you become a fashion icon. I have flashback of the first time everybody laugh to one of my lame joke, I was feeling on top of the world (or of the food chain)
Man, don't just link to a wikipedia page if you want to point out something that's on it. Take a screengrab or link to the specific edit you're referring to because someone will edit it out.
If anyone is confused, this is the version of the page Dan is talking about. (The page was recently edited by an anonymous user to remove the pictures on the top of the page).
So now the representative of "Man" is a Seattle homosexual who writes a sex column and that of "Woman" is also a very Seattle looking gurl who could possibly kick your face in while whipping up a vanilla latte.
Call NASA...we need to update the plaque...there's a new paradigm in town!
I also love the "Frankie Say..." T-shirt at the bottom of the article. And just tonight on the TV was a re-run of the Friends episode where Ross puts on that "Frankie say Relax" tight tight T-shirt.
But you knew that already.

"But I'm HUGE in Bangladesh..."
That page needs a wet tshirt picture...

@The wikipedia page: Again, just LOL
Coincidence? I think not.
I got your joke.
