I've only seen him one time on a screen, when he hosted SNL. He seemed game enough, and had rather a less macho voice than one would expect.

He claims Native American himself (according again to Wikipedia). Maybe he wasn't thinking "what are the noble pursuits of these savages?" Instead, perhaps: "what do these people, who live in a community with a distinct identity way out on the edge of the West Coast, do for kicks?" I wouldn't disregard him for thinking they might have different ways of having a good time.

This is far less insulting than the graduation at UT when a girl stood up to sing and starts making stereotypical "noble injun" hand gestures, says, "I'd like to sing a song to honor the red man who came before us" and proceeded to sing "Colors of the Wind".

I nearly rushed the stage.

Ok, even if he is whatever ethic choice he wants, I still don't find anything attractive about this pig nosed stud.
I have to admit he does have some abs, but beyond that I find nothing, I repeat, nothing appealing about this young man.
