That's not so bad, actually. Some of the things I've gotten back as a result of FOIA requests have been a lot worse.

You think it's bad, try being the one blacking out all the stuff you're not allowed to see, and realizing that it has nothing to do with good reasons, and everything to do with covering up for other people.
