There goes my lunch....
2
If only getting rid of Al Gore would somehow get rid of global warming...
3
If legitimate masseuses would start giving handjobs there'd be a lot less confusion about the whole thing.
4
Al Gore is a man who has spent his life honoring the dignity of the less fortunate and is tireless in his efforts to lead the world away from fossil fuels and toward new, renewable, clean energy. Clearly, these things are his passion. I doubt very seriously if he'd trade his lifetime's work for a hand-job from a stranger.

But even if he did have a weak moment or two, he doesn't hold public office anymore. This should be a private matter between him and his now-separated wife. It irks me when people try to invalidate a lifetime a good works with a sex scandal. Yawn. It irks me even more when people want to get down on the floor and wallow in that jizz puddle of hearsay and conjecture.

#4 I so agree - A National Enquirer link??? The art of distraction. Geesh!! Really?? OMG this is starting to loose validity..Pay no attention to the lip service 'the man' is givng you - look Al Gore is getting hand jobs...Mary, pleeeeeassseee..
6
I would have expected to feel at least some sort of warmth in the hottest June ever.
7
People, it's not about the handjobs. It's about the ("alleged") coercion.
8
Yeah, just what is it Democrats? Don't they know they're supposed to be have hot steamy affairs with rentboys? Not those dirty, good-for-nothing, God-damned (literarily) women.
9
The thought of Al Gore's tent pole is making me wretch. As far as I'm concerned, dude is a ken doll. Ain't nothing down there.
10
can't a man just get a happy ending from time to time? we know Tipper wasn't giving it to him anymore
11
Al Gore has a penis?

"Al Gore is a man who has spent his life honoring the dignity of the less fortunate and is tireless in his efforts to lead the world away from fossil fuels and toward new, renewable, clean energy. Clearly, these things are his passion."

I dunno, Bauhaus. Gotta say I lost a good deal of whatever respect I may have had left for the dude when his home's exorbitant energy use was exposed (well after the release of the documentary detailing his life's passion & such.)

I do agree this shouldn't be any sort of story, though I suppose if we're going to continue to rub it in their faces every time some dim-witted republican gets caught doing something similar, we shouldn't really be surprised by any of it. Also agree w/ #3 in that all massages should come w/ mandatory handjobs so as to clear up any further confusion.
13
Remember: a sex scandal will make global climate change go away...
14
I don't get it - there are plenty of full-body-sensual-massage practitioners out there who'd be happy to take care of THIS for a few hundred bucks.
15
Rumour has it that THIS is quite something to take care of. Too bad he doesn't play both sides, I know (ahem) quite a few guys that would take care of THIS without the cost of some two-bit west coast masseuse.

(Al, call me).
16
Call me first--I've always had the hots for Gore, even when he was Mr. Monogamous Goody-Two-Shoes. I'm liking this darker Gore, I'm liking it a lot. :)
17
yeah right...al gore doesn't have genitals anymore. the teeth inside of tipper's vagina bit them off on their wedding night.
18
Hey folks, their are no "legitimate masseuses" because the politically correct term is "massage therapist." If you could all get this into your heads, then maybe the business could begin to be respected and we'd see less of these bullshit news stories.
19
A sex scandal doesn't invalidate his life's work. I mean, prima faciae the work has been done: people in general in the western world are being better environmental stewards due in large part to his efforts.

But sexually assaulting a series of massueses sure warrants invalidating a lifetime of respect for his person.
20
It's certainly entertaining to find that Mr. Gore is now concerned about other kinds of carbon-based emissions.
21
@4 - Some of us (me) are just upset that he didn't ask us (me).
22
And sooo..... Did she? Take care of THIS? Enquiring minds want to know.
23
I wouldn't lift ol' Al's luggage for untold millions...
24
I don't buy it.
25
It's the national enquirer.....how seriously can you really take this?

P.S. @11 FTW.

He's a lot sexier in person than he comes across on video (why does that sentence sound pervy?). I had the opportunity to meet him a few years back, and while these stories alternately bore and annoy me, it's not the thought of Al's throbbing man-meat that grosses me out, it's the crudity of the approach.

But what the Republicans are hoping to achieve by smearing Gore is beyond me. Is it just distraction? SQUIRREL! I mean, who actually cares whether the man was crude to a masseuse? He doesn't hold public office and wasn't in authority over her.

Newsflash: some men are crude when they want nooky. Few are pure as the driven snow. Wow. I never woulda guessed.
