Well that would be news if we had a closed primary in WA State.

But since we have the stupid Top Two Primary instead, this news does not mean anything. The two most known candidates (Murray and Rossi) are guaranteed to go on to the November general election.

I drove down to Oregon last weekend and saw lots of Clit Didler signs along the highway, and not a single Rossi sign. I think Rossi may have a real primary challenge, that he does not seem interested in fighting.
3
I'm guessing the Seattle Times endorsed him.

Either that or one of the other Republicans like Jean Godden.
4
They plan to marry, and adopt Dino Rossi.

Signs do not equal votes. I'll be curious to see just how well Didier does, but there is zero chance that he'll knock Rossi off. Until recently he was a complete unknown. He has zero legislative experience; which is okay for local races, but generally doesn't fare well in state-wide races. He's popular with tea-baggers, but there aren't nearly enough tea-baggers in WA to carry a senate primary alone, and he's way too far to the right for moderate Republicans. My guess is that he gets less than 20% of the primary vote.

@2 & 5
I noticed the same thing about the signs but then realized I hadn't seen a single didier bumper sticker or a single yard sign. All of the signs are the huge ones at the side of the road. For all we know didier put all of those up himself.

I saw a Clint Didier sign in the back window of a car on 65th St. in Ballard. It also had a Ron Paul bumper sticker.

Clint Didier has an extremely strong grassroots campaign with a lot of support from those who are voting for him. We work hard to get the word out and quite frankly, Clint Didier pretty much speaks for himself. He is a genuine, worthy candidate--the first I've seen on the ballot in many years.

The BIG signs--well, most of those are put up by the people whose property they are on. I put mine up on the farm in Eatonville. Some say Didier is an unknown, but yet he has surpassed Murray in the Rasmussen polls 48% to 45%---SAME as Rossi is doing against Murray. So, how does an unknown candidate pull that off? By getting out there and meeting and speaking with everyone he can.

Once you've met Didier and understand where he stands on the issues you realize he is the candidate we need speaking and acting on our behalf as Washington's US Senator. Visit his website and decide for yourself: www.clintdidier.org

I don't think Clint it playing up the whole football thing enough. If I were advising him, I'd have him wear the football outfit at every public appearance, and put all the female staffers in cheerleading uniforms (the tasteful ones with the short pleated skirt and sweater - not the slutty things the Seagals wear)

People love football. They really do.

Really neat concept and, just for authenticity, he should wear one of the old time leather helmets with no face guard; so he can really project that rough, he-man style of his.

After all, that's just the kind of Senator we want, isn't it? He can go to the other Washington and tackle the big issues of government. You know, Jimmy Stewart style, except with a REAL set of balls!
13
Oh, and Cherie, by the way, you can't have OUR country back. I think I understand where Clint stands.
14
Oh Cherie - thanks for the good laugh. Genuine and worthy candidate? He's just as much of a hypocrite as the rest of the GOP - blaming the federal government for everything, yet getting his hand out there right in front for his federal subsidies.
(Although, I'll grant you that his smile appears a bit more genuine than Rossi's pasted-on snake-like-grin.)

Clint Didier's web design team needs to stop fucking with him. That header is hilarious. Twenty points for the the first one to spot the jesus fish.
16
Did you know his website has an encode MCA5 string in it?

Just like Homeland Insecurity - wonder if it will take anyone longer than 4 minutes to break it?

Please wait...
