I've always kinda wondered how Most Favored Nation clauses place-nice with price collusion and antitrust laws. MFN clauses are extremely common in the industry where I work, and they absolutely lead to the biggest companies getting the best deals from vendors, giving the big companies a financial advantage over independent companies for exactly the same product. Consumers don't get upset because they don't know--they just see that the best price for them is from the big guy, and then wonder why the little guys are going out of business.
