@5 i think videos like this fall under the category or hearsay. although he is technically confessing i guess. so i don't know. without credible witnesses he could just say he was bragging but wasn't really there and it would be pretty tough to prove otherwise. but maybe tila tequilla is in with the mob and this guy will get his legs broken.

@15 Traditional exceptions to the hearsay rule include out-of-court admissions made by a party opponent, in this case the would-be defendant, or a statement made against a person's own interest, which would also apply. As long as a confession is not made as a result of constitutionally improper behavior by law enforcement officers, or their agents, then it is admissible

however, i don't think it's fair to lump all the people who like ICP into the same group as this neanderthal.
people who like ICP call themselves juggalos. saying that this attack is the product of juggalo culture is kind of like people saying that marilyn manson was at fault for the columbine shootings.
being a juggalo (or a juggalet) doesn't make you a violent asshole. being a violent asshole makes you a violent asshole.
