Grand Central used to make a ham-and-cheese croissant that had a little sweet mustard in it that made my knees weak. Either they stopped baking them or I don't get up early enough. Either way: upsetting.

Cienna: ham & cheese croissants made easy. I reckon you could experiment by just adding mustard.

Also note the naked men on the chef's fridge behind him. How can you not love this guy?
