Sounds like generally things are moving in a positive direction, although I still don't think the staggered serving hours is going to cut it with WALCB. Simply extending operating hours, while keeping the 2:00 a.m. cut-off for drink sales seems like a much easier solution to the "last-call rush" and "bunch of drunks tossed out into the streets at the same time" problems.

Maybe they can reassign the cops who are doing all the MJ busts to do the noise ordinance busts?

Cause it's a higher priority, right?
