It me, or does anyone find it nuts that only Seattle has to have a Special Council to figure out how to run a bar!
Why is it in the ROA (Rest of America) people go out, drink and come home at 3 in the morning without too much muss and fuss, but in the Emerald City, it takes "focus group" to make it happen.
Doesn't Seattle have the highest per capital college granulates? Or is that the problem?
