Kurt made some great music, but that show felt like an end-of-semester collection from a poorly funded middle-school art class of decidedly mediocre talent.

I enjoyed your Kurt review. It factored into me knowing that I wanted to see it.

In person, the piece that affected me the most was the large disembodied head, which is in a lot of the advertising. In the ads I thought it was just kind of, whatever. But in person, when I made eye contact with the figure, I froze. I found it to be a deeply moving piece.
After seeing Kurt, the piece that I kept returning to think about were the few pieces dealing with the actual scene of the death.

As for the Warhol exhibit, I wish that SAM would add one of the rooms of screen tests to the permanent collection. Preferably the one that had Lou Reed in it.
