As long as Japan is a defacto U.S. territory, they should stop making trouble with either Russia or China!

As I recall from history class when it's Russia vs. Japan, Japan wins!

In 1905, the Japanese navy under Admiral Yamanoto (?)destroyed the Russian fleet at Port Arthur. I think, Pres. Theodore Roosevelt won the Nobel Peace Prize for his hand in negotiating the peace between the two nations.
