maybe they could do a flash mob pan handling drive where everyone is asked for money to meet the 500,000 mark to get the 1million donation that was mentioned last week
I hate flash mobs, most of the time they promote corporate products. Just walk right through them and use the excuse "Oh you were dancing? Pardon me for wanting to walk through an area you completely blocked".
Does anybody pay attention to anything that happens at Westlake these days? Whenever I go there somebody is demonstrating about something, I don't even bother to look anymore it's all just background noise.
Instead of just typing away on the internet to faceless nobodys, flash mobs actually seek to do something social and fun....in the real world. But I guess it is way cooler linking to your twitter which links to someone else's facebook which links to a blog which links back to you where you get to bitch about stuff but never actually DO anything. When the fuck did something fun that brings together people a bad thing? I of course enjoy more interesting ones such as a great performance dance song fun-time, but its a good cause and the sight of a bunch of people reading will be a good and relevant visual. But I guess there has to be snarky jackasses, paul, so you go ahead and keep it up.
Let's have an online flashmob, where we all descend on an article about something totally harmless and dump our curmudgeonly, passive aggressive judgement on it from the comment thread.
You mean my new twitter follower?
Why does he want cutting edge flash mobs? Flash is so last century.
