More like the fourth in the past eight, but it's definitely cursed. The owner of one restaurant was murdered. The restaurant that moved in afterward was plagued with hoodlums and gun violence.

Somebody is always opening something in that space.

Well, the rent must be cheap. The retail space on the other side of the street was "leased" for 10 years to the Storm for $0 (you are welcome, Storm).

I went up there, and the food was typical bar food, but the live music was really good. A guy on guitar, and a guy on drums. Obviously heavily influenced by Hendrix, but extremely talented in his own right. Worth dropping if for today if you have time. I hope this bar makes it, I live a block away and we need more decent bars in walking distance.

I was under the impression that the owner of the Ghanaian place that was there last remains the owner of the sports bar. Same person, new approach.
