NY Times from '04

"One of the shows most popular with Republicans, especially Republican women ages 18 to 34, turned out to be "Will & Grace," the sitcom about gay life in New York. As a result, while Mr. Bush was shoring up his conservative credentials by supporting a constitutional amendment against same-sex marriage, his advertising team was buying time on a program that celebrates gay culture."

Rossi ads were also popping up on Towleroad for awhile. Don't know if it was a boo-boo or if Andy pulled the plug on that shit, or what...
3
I think I've seen his ads on the towleroad (sp?) website as well... Odd...

Youth Vote. "Glee" has gay fans but is far from being a "gay show". In fact, the biggest portion of its audience is what hipsters used to call "squares". Republicans, even Young Republicans, or troubled youth at risk of being recruited by Republicans, or even just Republican-curious kids -- they all love singin' and dancin'.
5
Glee advertising is sold by its network - gee, what's the name of that network again? I just can't remember.
6
I watched an episode for the first time at a friends house, it was all Brittney songs. I have not watched it since, but if I were to, you could place me firmly in the "dudes who love cheerleader chicks" because, well, daaaaaaaaaaaamn.
7
@6, I can tell you those cheerleaders doing Spears video remakes (esp. the one with Santana too) showed me the precise extent to which I'm not as gay as I might think. Fucking hell.
8
Every moment of Glee is fucking garbage; of course Republicans love it.
9
what are 'Karaoke Conservatives'? are they people who parrot conservative dogma, without actually thinking about/caring about what they are saying?
10
@9, they're always getting into mouth-offs with the Lipsynching Liberals.

And the answer is.....

Given that Rossi heavily advertises during Seahawk games, which are typically on channel 13/KCPQ and since there was NO Seahawk game this week (BYE Week), he had to throw the ads onto something with similar ratings numbers on that channel.

Trust me, you wont see Rossi ads on Glee next week.

It's National Coming Out Day.

So I voted for closeted gay Republicans.

Aren't Republican closet cases by definition really, really dumb queers?

Please wait...
