We can be proud that we spend 6 times this much honoring JP Patches, who, while not as famous nationally, was a much more innovative artist than ol Hootie.
So do we get pictures or what? It's been nearly an hour since it was 4pm in South Carolina, and I still don't know what the thing is. I'm dying to know.
I'm not surprised. Hootie and the Blowfish were South Carolina royalty in the 90s. I remember a local church that I attended then being absolutely ecstatic to have a former drummer of Hootie and the Blowfish just show up at their church.
And around here, we likes us our "innovation".
I C U 2, Hootie.
