You wish they were crossing the street for a greasy burger. What they're really crossing the street for is a 96-ounce Icee and six different packs of candy. Seriously, go hang out at a convenience store next to a school. at lunchtime or after letout.

What do you mean by "will allow Seattle Public Schools to serve made-from-scratch meals in its cafeterias for the first time." The first time since... when? And what does "made-from-scratch" mean? Food can be made "from scratch" using frozen ingredients, like frozen meats and vegetables.
