The maker of 4-loko is called "Phusion". Yes, with a P-H. They're under investigation by the Feds for the safety of their recipe.
Also, They make a beverage that sells in Europe that has Absinthe in it. Whoah.

Hot damn @5, I've been wracking my brains trying to remember the name of that brew (apparently it zonked the relevant neurons).

I know of two places I can get it: one is 300 miles away and the other 200, but I'm headed that way next week, and THIS TIME I'm writing it backwards on my forehead. Thanks!
