I'm thinking if the majority of the cuts are to education from kindergarten to college level, and health services for the disadvantaged, then you may want to revisit closing that correctional facility.

Waste, fraud, and abuse - THAT'S what we need to cut.

How much is there? I don't know, I have no exactly numbers, it's hard to be 100% sure, and I'm not even sure what the precise purpose is of most departments of state government, but I KNOW IT'S HUGE. Otherwise, why would people be talking about it all the time? Right?

There is a magical amount of waste, fraud, and abuse in government that is always and will always be exactly equal to or greater than the amount the budget is in deficit.

Therefore tax increases are never necessary.
