Real scumbags never give up. James Randi calls 'em "unsinkable rubber duckies" because no matter how many times you come down on them and drive them under, they just pop back up good as new and keep on lying and scamming and smiling.

I think exile would be an outstanding punishment for political corruption. Why don't we have exile in our legal system?

@2 Well, they're our mess, and to force them on any other country seems very selfish. Exile to prison for life w/o parole works for me.
