Re: First Responders

Says Rudy, “It shouldn’t even be seen as a fiscal issue. It’s a matter of morality, of obligation.”

You left out today's top story:

Seattle police: Man robbed of cigarette at knifepoint

Seattle police on Tuesday night arrested a 20-year-old man after he robbed another man of a cigarette at knifepoint.

Some have been known to walk a mile for Camel...however, this is a bit over the top.

RE: Seattle is full of horrible people - the accused are from Des Moines and Orting, and the pickups happened in Sea-Tac... just saying.

Meanwhile we're still stuck in two wars, the rich got a tax cut to 15 percent while everyone else pays 28 percent, and the state is still stuck on stupid.

Forgive me for not cheering, but the time to end DADT was 20 years ago.

Repealing DADT is just a step, of many, for granting civil rights to everyone. The irony isn't lost on me. If the draft was opened again, I wouldn't be eligible, as a women. However, my best friend, a flamer with a utilikilt, would be subject. The military is it's own can of worms.

Woodinville is about a 20 mile drive from Seattle. Culturally it is about 2,000 miles away.
