@7, you remind me of Carol Burnett's guest turn on Glee as Sue's mom. Having left her daughters long ago to singlemindedly pursue her career as a "World-Famous Nazi Hunter", she finally found time to try reconnecting with them, since she'd just caught that last Nazi.

Of course, Elie himself still needs to stay sharp. Just two days ago the World Jewish Congress urged the U.S. to honor Serbia's extradition request for Bellevue's own Peter Egner. They want to try him for genocide relating to his Einzatzgruppe service in WWII.
