Hell fucking yeah, he's funny. Damn, I love it when my favorite people also like my other favorite people, it makes me feel like the center of a venn diagram of awesomeness. Jamie also co-hosts a thrice-weekly news podcast with his uber-lefty journalist wife Allison Kilkenny at www.wearecitizenradio.com . Check their archives, they have tons of great interviews with people like Ralph Nader, Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, Rachel Maddow, Glenn Greenwlad, Amy Goodman, Bill Ayers & many more.

I hadn't thought about it like that before - the world's first straight couple fucked it up for all of the rest of us for all time. If not for that wonderful, perfect straight couple, we'd be in a beautiful garden, gleefully unashamedly naked, not knowing right from wrong (and presumably engaging in all sorts of fun, wrong activities without guilt or consequence), women giving birth without pain, being best buds with God, a God who stops by the garden for a chat on a regular basis.

All of that fucked up by a straight couple.

Blows my mind. I love it.

@4 Indeed, Canuck. They're not the type to ask the traditional boring corporate sanitized questions, and I really feel like I get a lot out of them. If you have a favorite hero on that list I say listen to it, but if you want any suggestions on where to start, their 2010/12/01 episode with Bill Ayers and former head of ACORN, Bertha Lewis is one of their best imnsho.

I love Jamie Kilstein! I saw him perform at Lakeshore Theater in Chicago when it was still around, and he was fantastic!
