You should try the original Saigon Deli, which occupied that space and is now located on Jackson near Rainier. The others are all just imitators (literally - this one ripped off both the name and the signage of the original).

@5 absolutely right. their bahn mi is the best and the deli stays pretty fresh too. i can smell them barbecuing the pork practically every morning.

I hope this is just crossed wires, as the mapped Saigon Deli is definitely the source of certified awesome wrapped in cilantro and a crusty baguette. Their coffee is fair share of delectable too.
