1
It's not Bristol Palin's real twitter account.
2
Thanks Paul, you just totally gave her the response she'll use when that interview comes around.

Of course, she'll have to crib it on her hand, but...
3
Someone commented on the someecards site that it had to be fake because she used "you're" correctly.
4
The real Bristol couldn't use "ghost writer" in a sentence.
5
@1: exactly. If Bristol had a Twitter, it would have been verified by now, and that one is not.
6
No, that's her real Twitter account, alright.
7
She's been hacked.
8
So Sarah's writers logged in as Bristol to send messages to Sarah about themselves. Got it. And once they've crafted their response to themselves they'll log in as Sarah to post it.

You let us know, Paul.
9
Are we sure this is actually Bristol Palin? It doesn't have the blue check by it that signifies a verified Twitter account.
10
Yeah, that's gotta be their game. Easiest way to defend against posts that are hard to defend is to blame someone else. This sets it all up perfectly. The daughter of a potential presidential candidate doesn't just randomly tweet something like that at a time like this.
11
My guess is it's not her. All of her other "offical" postings come through facebook and facebook only.

Jesus Christ, it's depressing that I know that.
12
I wonder if she's related to the vicious Chicken of Bristol, against whom Brave Sir Robin very nearly stood up to?
13
I think about the fact we'll have to put up with this idiot family for another 10 years at least, and I cry.
14
Well, is it or is it not her real account? Aside from @11, all I see are unsupported opinions.
15
...
17
Hmm that tweet seems awfully coherent and well written for someone who I last saw having a conversation with "the Situation" about safe sex (an event that almost caused my brain to eat itself to escape from the pain).

I tend to doubt she actually wrote that, but even assuming she did, I find this interpretation tortuous at best. I think Bristol authentically disagreeing with her mother is much more plausible. When has Sarah Palin EVER admitted an error, no matter how large or small, no matter how abhorrent or obvious? Planning ahead to a 2012 admission of error would be totally out of character for her.
18
@12: :-D
19
Whether or not it's Bristol's account, I don't believe Sara's people are behind it. Sarah would have made sure the wording was more flattering to herself.
20
@16, dayum.
21
Bristol for President!
22
It couldn't be here...she used the correct "you're".
23
@12 Was that the one that caused him to nearly wet himself?
24
@23,
No, that was the battle of Badon Hill, where he did personally wet himself.
25
I figured it was fake but the statement isn't any less true for it.
26
Could Sarah Palin really admit a mistake? I don't think so.
27
Jesus tits. Maybe the Stranger could wait five minutes and, I dunno, verify something before they post stupid shit like this. Is that too much to ask from Seattle's only Newspaper?
28
Obvious sign of fakeness: Proper use of "your" and "you're".
29
I like the comment even though it is fake. It is a great point...

Please wait...
