It looks like a fucking shrine.
2
these things are large enough to hold up to 4 men comfortably.
3
Yep, that's what urinals used to look like way back in the olden days. They're mostly all gone by now.
4
Looks like something Ayn Rand would piss in.
6
Yup, gotta go hit the ol' fountainhead.
5
See now, looks like either a small boy or a very tall man could both use these w/ no problems.
7
@6 I too favor the floor length models for their egalitarian functionality.

Someone is into watersports, someone is into watersports, someone is into watersports, someone is into watersports, someone is into watersports!
9
Well, with a handle like "raindrop" it's really no wonder, now is it?

Yay Olympic Club! And I've pee'd in that UOTD - so Yay me!

That is a marvel of design, and yet vile and disgusting at the same time. It's all art deco begging for bleach.

@11:

As someone who's availed themselves of that urinal on several occasions, I think I can say with some degree of certainty that bleach just isn't going to do the job on this. In fact, I doubt anything short of stripping an re-enameling would take that stain out.

Dan,
Truly, your son must be proud. You are a great journalist.
14
Truly it is the King of all Urinals.
15
If you don't want to drive that far, Mulleady's in Magnolia also has a huge urinal.
16
thats about the prettiest urinal in centralia lol
17
It is the antique Wurlitzer jukebox of urinals!

The Deschutes Brewery Portland Pub has the same urinals, albeit ... in better condition.

I realize I'm in the minority here, but I'd be delighted to never see another urinal picture. I read Savage over breakfast, usually, and the pictures are mildly disgusting, rather than being interesting or charming or sexy, variations in porcelain architecture notwithstanding.

Long ago, I worked as a cleaner at a golf club, and these pictures bring back less than happy memories of freezing cold mornings, the smell of Simple Green mixed with pee, and the utter futility of trying to actually clean one of those nasty things well enough to make it seem worthwhile.

Photo series of toilets just don't seem very cutting edge to me, sorry.

Please wait...
