@5, I disagree. Even when your shoes are falling off around your feet, it's possible to walk on tip-toe. Balance comes from the core, not from shoes. Look at her feet around 9 and 10 seconds into the video and you can see her pushing off the outside of her foot and letting her ankle roll, and she hasn't begun to stumble yet. Every step she takes, she rolls her left foot. Terrible biometrics combined with zero balance and strength to recover from a stumble is what caused this. She needs to do some core and leg strengthening. Or not model. Maybe eat a fucking sandwich and stop wearing heels. (Now that she's probably torn or wrenched ligaments in both ankles, that might be more likely.)
A few lines backstage and she'll forget all about it.
High heels are good for one thing: they make your legs look good when you're sitting.
