I've tried Lunchbox Laboratory at their Phinney Ridge location a few times, but I just don't really enjoy it. Despite my general respect for their taking the burger to grand heights, they've never managed to satisfy my craving for a burger. Every burger I've tried there gets too far away from the burger template and well into weirdo meat sandwich territory. It's a fine line.
