The map says, in 2010, there were four groups in Seattle, two of which are categorized as black separatists. There were neo-Nazi groups in both Tacoma and Milton.

Hate groups included in the report were: neo-Nazis, white nationalists, neo-Confederates, racist skinheads, Klansmen, and black separatists. Other hate groups targeted gays and immigrants.

The teabaggers who make comments like this are driven by authoritarians. They would prefer if the military were in charge of the country and instead of passing legislation, the military simply issued orders for everyone to follow, according to majority rule. They would gladly give up the right to elections and votes in exchange for turning this country into a christian, theocratic, military-ruled dictatorship, as long as that dictatorship continued to enforce rules that keep the country in a white, straight, male, christian dominated majority.
