You know, Seattle fucks a lot of stuff up, but that central terminal is pretty nice.

"Nothing about Ivar at all? . . . Sigh"

Stay clam, BJC.
3
I just threw up in my mouth a little.
4
Here's my Ivar Haglund fact: his mother, who died when he was 3, was the first known Seattle-area victim of Linda "Starvation Heights" Hazzard.

Foolish Frommer's! The best food at SeaTac is across from Ivar's at Anthony's, including their excellent walk-up window for fish & chips. On the occasions when I return home with a checked bag, I get off the plane and go straight for the fish & chips. By the time I'm done and down at baggage claim, my bag is ready and waiting.

@4 I just learned that and it blew my mind too!!! Actually, I am kind of obsessed with Linda Hazzard, she's fascinating. Who wants to visit Starvation Heights with me?
7
I hadn't ever read the history of Ivar before - good link! Keep Clam!
8
Look, SFO still makes us look bad.

Sigh.

Ooh! I didn't know about this Linda Hazzard lady. Nuts! Thanks, Kalakalot!
