the only reason that it appeared to be a "chase" is because the Republicans there have decided to block off most entrances to the building and monitor everyone entering. it's not the crowd's fault that the senator couldn't get into the building.
You forget, this is the GOP. They'll have it both ways, side ways, every which way but loose, and if you even attempt to point out the inherent illogic of doing so, they'll simply find yet another way to have it.
I mean let's face it: these guys can pull mental 180's faster than Steve McQueen in a Shelby Cobra...
I was curious to see what this guy looked like - genuine tough guy, or wimp who talks big after the fact? - and stumbled on his wikipedia entry. He's a real class act, that one.
What you're witnessing is the cognitive dissonance of somebody who wants to score points by portraying his opponents as thugs, yet simply can't pass up an opportunity to engage in tough-guy posturing.
I see. I guess the poor folks protesting in Wisconsin are misunderstood when they call the governor like hitler, stalin and other such despicable louts. They must have said he was like Bitler and Gralin. Of course this misunderstanding must be attributed to the seemingly undemocratic MOB, /apparently they can't accept the will of the people. In the words of President Hussein - YOU LOST!
Great Stuff! Apparently the SOCIALIST, SELFISH LEFT likes to make fun of everyone instead of talking issures. Very sad. Democracy in action! In the words of President Hussein - YOU LOST
Malkin still has a hinge?

so I'm guessing his desire to be roughed up is purely political in origin.
