Ok -- it's my first ComiCon and I am newish to comics -- how do you get the free stuff? I went today but didn't get any free stuff...

You should have gotten free stuff in the bag they give you with your membership bag when you first go in, other free stuff is usually available from the publishers booths in the dealers room, and most conventions have a "free table" where you can pick up all kinds of promotional stuff. Sunday afternoon is a good time to hit up the dealer room, because sometimes you can get a deal from people who don't want to pack everything up for the trip home.

Fuck. I need to start going to the panels more.

@1 visit the website before you go and also look through the program guide. You should be able to get a good idea where all the good schwag is.

had to give my 3-day pass to my friend. Damn fcking flu.
