Yes, look what they did for the tunnel vote in Seattle!

2
Time to see if the Republicans try to pass it again (legally this time) before the recalls.

"Christ, judges! It's like they think they're a third and co-equal branch of government or something" LOL, nope just a bunch of activists unless their ruling supports my position then they are responsible jurists.
4
so when it goes to the WIS SC and they say its legal will you stand by your post?
5
Uh... JUDICIAL TYRANNY... and stuff.

Conservatives hold a 5-4 majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They'll toss out this ruling, I'm afraid. And one of the conservative judges just won in a very contentious election so I'm sure he'll have an ax to grind.

@4: You don't see him shitting a brick about the SC decision to uphold the Arizona immigration law, do you?
I mean, he might shit a brick, but it'll be a "we need to repeal this law, because it's a bad law" brick, not a "JUDGES' DECISIONS DON'T COUNT RAEG" brick.

Even if the Supreme Court overturns THIS decision, we still have the challenge based on a violation of the quorum requirement. The reason they're not just re-passing the law legally is that a couple of the Republicans flipped on the union busting specifically after the public outcry, months of protests, and recall polling numbers.

ban @4 RIGHT NOW.

"It's like they think they're a third and co-equal branch of government or something." Probably the best line ever written! I can't wait until I grow up and go take over the Supreme Court. Hopefully I'm still cool/not crazy by the time I get old. ;)

Please wait...
