15th is 59% minority (majority minority), not sure what was traded to get that.

My 46th wraps around the north end of Lake Washington, that's fucked up.

Why can't westick with non-changing districts? Why don't we just form districts around watersheds, and require each district to be responsible for the water resources there? Gerrymandering always seems like just another way to game the system that we need to fix.
