"for nothing against everything" was graffitied in the bathroom of montana, along with "snow day". though i think graffiti is a non-issue, doing it on the inside of a tiny bathroom at a brand new, locally-owned bar is pretty shitty, especially when it makes the whole bar smell like chemicals.

not impressed.
2
I like the last one.
3
I think Kelly O did this for a photo op.
4
This is why we can't have nice things.

I get that anarchists hate parks (parks, being a product of government, are obviously something to be opposed), but it's still fucked up that some assholes have to do this.

That graffiti will need to be cleaned. We could be spending that money on keeping programs, improving parks, or preserving green spaces.

Instead, it will be spent cleaning up this garbage.

Thanks a lot, purported "anarchists".
5
What? Nobody going to claim it as art?
6
Isn't this when somebody chimes in to suggest it's naive to think this wasn't the cops' own doing, part of their global anarchist-discrediting black ops campaign? And that all comments critical of the movement are funded by the Freemasons or some such?
7
boo hisss...more "Spring Break" less snowcoppigsfuck...
8
So, so tired of Seattle's coterie of professional anarchist jackoffs.
9
"SpringBreak" is my all time favorite...everytime I see it I smile...and laugh. He/She always finds a good spot for it though...unlike the pre teens that did the work at CalAndrsn.
10
This is what happens when you cancel school. Boo.
11
@ 3, you a good member of the hive mind.
12
#5 - Jen Graves will be doing a feature article on it in next week's Stranger, complete with a fawning interview of the artist.
13
@8 this minus the "anarchist". they're not committed to anything.
14
this is about on par for Seattle graffiti in general
15
publishing this shit only encourages more of it.
16
Certainly this is the work of agents provocateurs! Or some such fucking nonsense. Any asshole who tags this shit deserves to be caught, hands tied behind back, beaten completely senseless, and a can of spraypaint dislodged up her or her nostrils. Oh, and underpants down around ankles with photos of their small shrunken genitalia posted online. Fuck these stupid fucking pieces of shit.
17
Dont worry, im sure Occupy Seattle will refuse to boot the anarchists from their group.
18
@15 That is pretty stupid. I would say this was a newsworthy event (as far a blogs go) and whether the stranger covers it or not, graffiti will continue.
19
Not that I can know the mind of such a clearly primitive vandal but I'm sure that was more of an:

"Ohhhh... yeah... and, BTW, fuck the pigs, too!"

Which, while I understand the reflex, is (only slightly) less obnoxious that the Faux-news style re-framing of saying they are "blaming cops" for the weather.
20
@15 is correct. showcase the actual rare piece of art that goes up on the seattle streets, not this garbage thrown up by those with the political maturity of a 15 year old that hates his parents, or the principle, or...whatever.
21
@18: The black hoodie teens (and manchildren/womenchildes well past their younger years, I suppose) do it exactly to be seen. Whether it's newsworthy or not, this is the infamy they're aiming for.
22
Worst part is they got no fucking style!
Can some one please show them how to bomb.
23
According to other Stranger writers, this is art. Get with the program.
24
@18: Stupid? You have no clue what you are talking about. As a former juvenile delinquent, trust me, public acts of vandalism like this are all about drawing attention to oneself.

Whoever did this is probably jerking off to this post and our comments right now. Fucking loser.
25
Obviously, we need to identify every "Jon" in the city limits, arrest them, and systematically execute them until the culprit steps forward. It's the Biblical thing to do.
26
lol "fuck cops......glitter!" k, iam an anarchist and even I think this is dumb, just drunk graffiti revelry. little embarrassing.
27
Hahaha... It wouldn't look so ugly if that whole gray building was completely covered.

Please wait...
