I heard Denny Heck speak at a small breakfast confab a year ago, and he was great. Totally knowledgeable on the issues, a clear thinker, and a great communicator.
Spend more time with the candidates, and stop depending on gut-check responses.
@5: I've seen Denny Heck speak, and I can't help it if I was personally uninspired. That's my take. Voters weren't too inspired by him either in WA-03 in 2010.
Funny, by the way, how Darcy losing twice to an incumbent in a district no Democrat has ever won has earned her so much enmity, whereas Heck losing a district a Democrat had held for years earned him his own custom-drawn district the second time around.
