They were sort of right about the commerce thing, but still- yeah, I checked there when I started seeing conflicting posts in FB and was very sad. Then very confused. Then, yay!
2
What did you expect from a network whose lead reporter commented during Hurricane Katrina that some of the refugees looked "so poor, and so black."

They were pioneers in reporting 30 years ago and hit their high-mark in Gulf War One - but they've been on a long downward slide for a long time.

"Dewey defeats Truman!!"
4
Oh this is really sad... I've got to turn it off, it's too painful to watch them try to report such a complicated story.
5
Oh, man. I feel bad for whoever approved the wrong story. That's a huge mistake.

Did they just hear the first part of the decision about the commerce clause and jump on it?
6
The only thing worse than Fox News is CNN.
7
Fucking CNN!!! That was the last thing I had heard before heading to the shower at the gym, and didn't get the correct information until I got home.

Goddamn jumping the gun.
8
The best news is that this decision isn't about the news coverage of the decision.
9
After the Shirley Sherrod fiasco, I stopped reading/watching CNN. Good to know that they're still mucking up the news.

I was precisely switching between CNN's and Fox's websites while waiting for the ruling and the first thing I saw was CNN's announcement that the mandate had been struck down, as expected. Then I switched on Glenn Beck to get his gloating reaction and only then did I realize that something was off. Sometimes I can't be more wrong.

Next, CNN will ask:

"President Obama, if the Affordable Healthcare Act raped and murdered Michelle Obama, would you favor the repeal of the law?"

@5 What makes you think there's some individual responsible, instead of an organization-wide attitude that produces things like this?
13
@ 12, I'm sure it is organization-wide. But someone made final approval to take the story live, and will surely take the fall for it. I certainly can't imagine CNN fixing the real problem, which is why I feel bad for the individual.
14
We call it the "Conservative Nut Network"!
15
I still have a CNN.com screenshot of "13 MINERS ALIVE!!".

Please wait...
