They were sort of right about the commerce thing, but still- yeah, I checked there when I started seeing conflicting posts in FB and was very sad. Then very confused. Then, yay!
I was precisely switching between CNN's and Fox's websites while waiting for the ruling and the first thing I saw was CNN's announcement that the mandate had been struck down, as expected. Then I switched on Glenn Beck to get his gloating reaction and only then did I realize that something was off. Sometimes I can't be more wrong.
@ 12, I'm sure it is organization-wide. But someone made final approval to take the story live, and will surely take the fall for it. I certainly can't imagine CNN fixing the real problem, which is why I feel bad for the individual.
They were pioneers in reporting 30 years ago and hit their high-mark in Gulf War One - but they've been on a long downward slide for a long time.
