@5 Canadians have twice as many guns as Americans do.

Sorry, but Canada ranks 13th in gun ownership per capita. Guess who's number 1?

@7 - That is incorrect by any metric. Canada is ranked about 13th in per capita gun ownership (the US being 1st), and probably 1/100th of total number of guns in private hands.
