Cruelest office prank was when somebody told our IT person that we were having a what they called a Roadhouse White-Trash '80's Party at the office one Friday. They even meticulously dummied up a cool flyer and everything for this person.

So she showed up early Friday AM decked out in neon hyper-color off-the-shoulder-half-shirt, glitter bra, ripped acid wash jeans, teased hair. The works. And of course there was no party and she was the only person dressed up. And we had all sorts of client meetings.

This was repeated another time. They told somebody it was a Toga party. In February. And the poor bastard rode the bus.

It is either very brave or very foolish to start a prank war with a tech wizard. She can mess with you in ways that a technopeasant like you has never even dreamed of. Good luck (and don't ask to borrow my laptop or my iPhone for a long, long while). But please do post screenshots.
