This will definitely hit the right wing stations as "See, look at this! Obama is making appearances on Nickelodeon instead of fixing jobs/economy/Libya. Look how out of touch he is!"

It's so predictable I could probably make good money being a right wing pundit. What's the going price for your soul nowadays?

What's the going price for your soul nowadays?

Unfortunately, not as much as you'd think. I believe the phrase is "a dime a dozen".

Romney....WORSE THAN HITLER!!!!

Yup, they're gonna minimize any and all opportunities for Mitt to be recorded speaking off the cuff. It's the only strategy they have left.

Take a minute to understand how bad it is that they won't even let him answer a bunch of softball kids questions. It's not like they're going to grill him on nitty gritty policy details or anything. But this is Mitt Romney we're talking about. He'd find a way to insult half the country while explaining that his favorite food is green jello salad.

Out of all the things to possibly give a shit about

@5 Obviously the Romney campaign gives a shit about it. Had he gone ahead and participated, no one would give this story any time. Hell, McCain participated in the same special back in 2008.

It will be interesting to see how Mitt Romney does in the next debate, which will be a Town Hall format. It's always uncomfortable when he tries to reach out to the commoners.

LeVar Burton of Star Trek and Roots fame is "outraged" with presidential candidate Mitt Romney after Romney remarked that he would cut funding to PBS during Wednesday's debate.
"I am personally outraged that any serious contender for the White House would target as part of his campaign the children of America in this fashion...Educators across the country, as well as millions of children and adults know that the programming on PBS has been responsible for significant improvements in education, literacy, math, science and life skills for generations of our children...PBS represents .00016% of our nation's budget, yet this free resource benefits kids across all economic circumstances."

I think this headline is somewhat disingenuous. I believe Romney really LOVES children; you just have to know how to cook them correctly...

...adding a rim-shot for the humor-challenged...

@10 - I lol'd.

Please wait...
