I'm obviously not a lawyer, but Hensen's explanation is in line with how the law generally handles other regulated items.

Why the scare tactics from Sensible Washington?
2
What information in this SLOG post rules out the possibility that Keith Henson, director of Pierce County NORML, deleted his comment?

I'm not on Facebook so I do not know if users even have as much control as to delete their own comments. I would think people cannot withdraw/delete their comments, otherwise you'd ask Keith Henson if he deleted his own comment.

Does this post assume everyone knows they as registered Facebook users can't delete their own comments from someone else's page?
3
@2 Consistent with other social media, users can delete comments posted on their own profiles as well as comments they themselves post on others' pages.

I want to outlaw King County only having 61 retail outlets.

I mean, has anyone counted all the medical MJ outlets?

Are you telling me that the number of people who aren't sick who need MJ is very much smaller than the number who are sick who need MJ?

WTH?

@2 I made a screen capture: http://screencast.com/t/y7SvrsEmHt

The clowns and profiteers at "Sensible Washington" make me embarrassed to say I smoke cannabis.
7
Another campaign relying on misinformation and fear mongering from Sensible WA.
8
However, what if, in order to demonstrate they are not smoking and driving both parties put their cannabis in the trunk or other inaccessible space while driving? Then is the driver/owner of the vehicle able to "exert control" over the cannabis? Or a married couple both like different kinds, but keep them in the same place? Or a more likely one for Seattle-a group of roommates all have a "smoking room" and all the cannabis is kept in that room? I think that the way in which way the law currently handles things are on a case by case basis. I wonder if what Sensible is pointing to is that there needs to be more consistency and less of grey area for law enforcement in some areas to exploit.

yeah Sensible Washington is screwed and yet NAW was so gracious with giving us 502.
What were those rules again? Each ENTITY can have 3 of each kind of license? So the top ten money makers form bunch of LLCs. Each LLC is a different entity. Each LLC opens three of each category. (This is just how businessmen think, its not their fault.). The same ten people still end up running things.
And another thing about the rules. As I read a post today 1.4 million ounces? and then what? they go burn the fields? seriously? how is this going to be enforced? Oh, wait, I remember, our Congressmen in the other Washington are looking at legislation that would at Marijuana to the ATF, the ATMF will handle it all. That will control cannabis growth, yep, and moonshine doesn't exist.

I reposted the same link that was deleted about a half hour ago and it is still up. Lets see if they get rid of it again.

I still don't see proof that Keith Henson did NOT remove his own comment. How would the screencast differ if he had removed his own comment?

Why are people very sure Mr. Henson did not remove his own comment?
13
My repost is still there. So they either learned from their mistake, Henson removed it himself or they just dont care anymore.

"Sensible" Washington is nothing more than a lobby for the medical growers that want to keep their cash cow. They're fucking idiots...
15
it's hilariously ironic that Keith Henson is the person in question here when he banned Sensible Washington and its members from Washington NORML's Facebook page during the entire I-502 debate. Hypocritical much.

And Ben, really? There's so little news that you feel the need to post about the potential deletion of one comment on some nonprofit's Facebook page? Seems pretty petty to me.

Juris, the fact that you think Sensible Wa, are profiteers just shows how ignorant you are. They can't even get funding for a defelonization campaign together... They are just a highly unorganized grass roots organization. They are always a day late and dollar short.

They may be ineffective but one thing they are not is greedy...
