I thought this was a Mudede post at first, but then I noticed that the misogyny was missing. You had me going for about 10 seconds.

Maybe no outright misogyny, but I do think that a post expressing bemusement that a 29 year old singer of pop hits could also appreciate art (and ending with a mention of nipple bras) comes off as a tad condescending. If she gets people who might not normally be interested in art to go to this show, what's the harm?

I'm totally not surprised Katy Perry loved the LACMA exhibit. The Breathing Light, where you walk around in a big bezelled room of light, felt like being in a music video or on Teletubbies or something.

the whole tone of this post is bullshit, jen. what are you even talking about? katy perry likes something. so? whatever you think of her music, personality, whip cream tits or what have you, the whole attitude of certain art being above her is just snotty and weird. stop.

Jen wishes she looked like that-puh-leez such a typical jealous girl response! Memo:even hot rich talented young girls with whip cream tits can 'get' and enjoy art.
