Pointing out Republican hypocrisy is great and all, but it's like pointing out their ignorance and incompetence. The people that vote for them don't care and the people that care, don't bother to vote.

I wonder about the current immigration crisis as well. Do right wing lies about how lax our immigration policies are make people more likely to try to get into the country?

Bad, but not as bad as Dan Rather and his producers creating fake letters to smear George W. Bush over false National Guard allegations; which destroyed Rather's career and reputation.
